Registro de Matrimonio en el Extranjero
El registro de un matrimonio entre una pareja del mismo sexo que se llevó a cabo en el Reino de los Países Bajos debe ser registrado en Aruba. Un matrimonio que se llevó a cabo en otro país puede ser registrado en Aruba presentando una solicitud al Registro Civil y al Registro de Población y proporcionando todos los documentos necesarios.
Un matrimonio entre una pareja del mismo sexo (en el Reino de los Países Bajos o en otro país) no tiene los mismos derechos legales que un matrimonio entre parejas de distinto sexo.
